EIS is proud to announce that 6th Grade ELA teacher, Darcy Grimes was awarded Thanks to Teachers by WLOS. Ms. Grimes is an integral part of our school community, and goes above and beyond for our students by providing quality instruction inside the classroom and by supporting our students outside the classroom. During Hurricane Heleńe, Ms. Grimes transformed her camper van into a bookmobile and provided students with books, supplies, and plenty of smiles! Check it out on Facebook here.
