The Autism Society of America

The goal of the Autism Society of America (ASA) is to increase public awareness about autism and the issues faced by those who have been diagnosed as autistic, their families and the people who work with them.  It claims to be the oldest and largest nongovernmental organization in the autism community. The ASA is a great source of current information, research and reference material.
